Appetizers make a welcome start to a wonderful dinner, and midnight snacks provide the perfect conclusion to a festive evening.

Salted almonds, nuts and olives.
 
Bruschetta with garlic, tomato and chèvre and/or homemade grissini served with dip.
 
Foie gras on toast points and/or crisp salmon mousse quiche.
  

Midnight snacks

Buffet featuring traditional Danish charcuterie, classic garnishes and homemade rye bread.
 
3 savoury snacks − more than a snack, lighter than an open-faced sandwich.
 
Italian sausage selection featuring air-dried sausages and hams accompanied by marinated artichoke hearts, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, homemade parsley pesto and homemade ciabatta bread.
 
Hot Danish Hash (biksemad) served with béarnaise, home-pickled beetroot and top quality rye bread.
 
Hot and spicy Tom Yam Soup (lemongrass, lime leaves, ginger, coriander, chicken).
 
Hot Quiche Lorraine and/or vegetable-salmon quiche. Quiches are served with salad.
