CHRISTIAN X's CHAMBERS

Christian X's Chambers are located on the first floor with windows facing both Dronningens Tværgade and Bredgade, adjoining the Venezia Chambers.

The two communicating chambers are the smallest and most charming spaces in Moltke’s Palace, and are therefore particularly well suited for hosting smaller meetings and intimate dinners.

In the larger of the two chambers, there is a fireplace that still boasts the double monogram of Ulrik Frederik Gyldenløve and Antoinette von Aldenburg, and which many regard as the ’baptism certificate’ of Moltke’s Palace. This room is also decorated with its original furnishings, while the smaller chamber is a veritable showpiece of modern Danish design featuring the distinctive furniture classics of Poul Kjærholm.
