Starters

Salmon and grilled scallop kebab served with herbs à la Nage.
 
Seasonal fish served with brandade of celery, dried black olives and chive beurre blanc.
 
Creamy lobster bisque with lobster chunks, fennel, and slow-baked grape tomatoes.
 

Main courses

Grilled veal tenderloin, roast pancetta, spinach, carrot puree and rosemary sauce. Served with roast potatoes.
 
Dry-aged beef tenderloin and roast brisket. Served with sautéed mushrooms and mushroom sauce, Pommes Anna and seasonal cabbage.
 
Moltke’s Cod 2000 – baked cod, Skagen ham, pickled beetroot, mustard vinaigrette with eggs, parsley, capers, boiled potatoes and mild mustard beurre blanc. 
  

Desserts

Selection of Danish and international regional cheeses served with dried and preserved fruits and malt crispbread.
 
Apricot Melba – ice cream with Madagascar vanilla, raspberries and apricots. Served with gâteaux Marcel and crème brûlée.
 
White and dark chocolate mousse tower with crunchy chocolate and preserved prunes, served with vanilla-brandy ice cream and roasted almonds.
 
Baked Alaska – baked ice cream served with black currant consommé.
 
Vanilla-orange crepes served with nougat vanilla ice cream with Suzette sauce and roasted almonds.
