A palace honoured with centuries of history and tradition carries certain obligations. Through our craftsmanship, we respectfully strive to meet these obligations by ensuring that things are done according to a very high standard.
 
In our quest to achieve this standard, we maintain a discerning approach to the foods we use in our kitchen, and we are committed to using organic ingredients wherever possible. We select our suppliers with great care and will happily go out of our way to source top quality produce.
 
At Moltke’s Palace we pride ourselves on utilising Danish ingredients and methods of preparation – liberally seasoned with inspiration from the world around us and made in harmony with the times we live in.
 
The following section presents our dinner menu suggestions, but we are always open to your wishes and suggestions. We are also proud to offer the cherished, timeless culinary classics – prepared in the original way.
