With its central location in downtown Copenhagen, Moltke’s Palace is the perfect venue for meetings, conferences, seminars, company courses or general meetings.
 
Both of the palace’s two halls are equipped with a stationary screen and audio-visual system, and the smaller chambers can also be furnished with state-of-the-art technology for conferences, meetings, seminars, general meetings or company courses.
 
Naturally, our halls and chambers can be adapted to suit the needs of individual events, or they can be used as breakout rooms and networking spaces.
 

Plan your own meeting or conference

No two meetings or conferences are alike. Some people like to start the day with a big breakfast buffet, while others get straight to business with just a cup of hot coffee. You may prefer a wide selection of pastries for your coffee breaks, or perhaps a healthy fruit plate is more your style. Some people enjoy a plated lunch, while others like a light lunch. And of course, there are hosts who want to offer their guests a total experience.

Please note that meals and wine, as well as any technical services, are mandatory and serve as the cornerstone of your event held at Moltke’s Palace. We do not make the premises available for events in which you supply your own food, staff, technology, etc.
 
All meetings and conferences include the hire of a plenary room with rooms for coffee breaks or meals. Additional rooms for group activities, breakouts, sponsor lounges or similar requests must be booked separately.
