THE SMILEY

Eating food served by other people is a declaration of trust. And to prepare food that others will eat is a great responsibility. It’s as simple as that.

The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries monitor Danish restaurants and other businesses within the food industry, issuing ”smileys” to indicate hygiene and service levels.
