For all of our events, our goal is to provide our guests with unpretentious but impeccable service – with just the right degree of attentiveness and a twinkle of the eye. The very same attitude and professionalism also holds true in our kitchen and in our office – from the client’s first contact to when the very last guest leaves the palace.
In addition to our permanent kitchen staff, servers and office staff, we also have access to a network of professionals who step in to assist us during busy periods.
When recruiting new staff members for Moltke’s Palace, we place emphasis on their ability to provide our guests with the best possible experience and to make them feel welcome. We train our own personnel and our comprehensive job descriptions ensure that all of our guests receive service of the same high standards, and that nothing is ever left to chance.
