Buffet menus are often suitable for luncheons or dinner parties in which guests have the opportunity to mingle during the meal.
The basic buffet menu includes two fish dishes, two meat dishes, two salads, cheese and dessert. The lunch buffet menu features eight different dishes from which to choose, and a further two dishes are added to the selection for the evening buffet menu. And as with our dinner service, we offer the option to have the first course plated and ready at each place setting.
In contrast to the dinner menus, we generally give our chef a free hand in the composition of buffet menus. This approach offers a wide array of culinary possibilities, including daily specials from the butcher, the fishmonger and the vegetable market.
For events with fewer than 40 guests in attendance, the buffet menu is often served at table.
